Is it okay to use rubber bands in an aquarium to hold plants in place while they are rooting? - is it okay to use household rubber gloves for preparing chicken

Are toxic to fish, or what?
Besides, what other household materials that would be appropriate?

Yup, if it is clean, I see nothing wrong. People use all sorts of things to keep their tanks planted in their place. When buying plants is usually online for me so if I bought Anubias to Driftwood sent, I noticed that a narrow strip is used to connect the plant with wood together, so here goes. : P

Your best bet is a rubber band, if they are properly cleaned before use. To absorb the best way to be cleaning them, the band in hot water for 10-20 minutes, and dried with gauze or cloth. If you use a saltwater tank, I suggest you something other than plastic holder.

FYI, if you have an aggressive fish, I (a 6 "Oscar cichlids) I can try to collect on the rubber band a little, but s / soon bored or not detected.

Good luck.

Consider rubberbands as toxic and they do not use.

Use the links to be set in white nylon (all the hardware you have). They are a "safe" source of the material and can adapt or the size of the hole, not to suffocate "or plant roots.
