Texas Property Title Search Found A Vacant Lot In Texas, No Taxes Being Paid Or Owners Name On Title To The Property. How To Proceed?

Found a vacant lot in Texas, no taxes being paid or owners name on title to the property. How to proceed? - texas property title search

The investigation of a property tax in Texas, to my surprise, I came across a property that has no title or the payment of taxes has (I could not believe that someone is doing in the IRS), but I disorientation. Does anyone know the real estate law in Texas? How do I get the title? Thank you in advance.

The best chance that someone has a lot of possession. You have to make a title and a chain of title search (not obvious that you have more than one). It is likely "part of" a new package of property. My money would be based on the idea that the tax and will not be provided by a single benefits, coined into account.

Contact a real estate lawyer. which may be in a position to know how to help or to be former Leins previous owner was not listed in public documents. It can be a little expensive, but can pay big dividends if you can be a great plot for a discount obtained. Good luck
