150 You're not a top model, but that is something good enough to hold about 5 kg, and all Manfrotto tripods are a great feature.
I suggest some of the 190-series. (190XPROB?)
And even a ball heads are very durable and easy to use.
By srsmicrosystems.co.uk something should cost more than 100 pounds and is a great combination of fast, light and strong.
Hope this helps.

075B is good, it will support a medium format, and RB67,

If you can check a Benbo, you will also find a good grip trigger head high enough standard or 141rc

A few of my friends have a 190XPROB and 488RC2 ball head display at a special price of € 122.00 in the center of the exhibition of pictures of last Tuesday. I have a very (cost more than me), I may look upon the role of the central horizontal bar, useful as a backup medium.
